AAUW 2017 Prospective Member Event

The St. Paul Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will hold a prospective member event on Wednesday, October 11 from 4-6 pm. This event is held at 990 Summit Avenue, also called College Club, Saint Paul, MN 55105 (next door to the Governor’s mansion). Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served and information presented about AAUW and our mission. You will hear of exciting programs with stimulating speakers, its Scholarship Trust, social groups such as book clubs and elegant teas, the fabulous lunches, and the fostering of new friendships.

This is an opportunity for prospective members to join the branch at a discounted price. This event is free, and all women holding 2-year or more advanced degrees are invited to attend. RSVPs are required; if you would like to attend, email Membership Vice Presidents Carole Otte Pesek and Suzanne Johnson at membership@aauwstpaul.org.

The mission of AAUW is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research. When you join an AAUW branch, you will belong to a community of women who value education, opportunity and equality.  For more information, see the St. Paul Branch AAUW website at www.aauwstpaul.org.
