The Nominating Committee, Lois Hollingsworth, Cindy Adamson, Emily Soelter, and Pam Steuart, is accepting nominations for 2020–22 elected officers.
Here are the open positions:
Vice President Admin
VP Programs
VP for Fundraising
AAUW Funds
Education Chair
Cultural Arts Chair
Womens Issues
Nominating Committee – 3 open positions, 2 open alternate positions
All positions have a term of 2 years except for the Nominating Committee position which has a term of 1 year.

If you wish to see the most current version of the By-Laws, go to our website, https://www.aauwstpaul.org/, then click on the Publications menu item (top of page), then select Branch Bylaws, then enter the password 990 and you will find the document.
Please follow these steps to nominate a person for office:
- If nominating someone other than yourself, receive written permission from the person you are nominating.
- Contact anyone on the Nominating Committee to indicate your interest.
The nominating committee will review the nominees and prepare the slate of officers and will present it at the April 14th, 2020 meeting.
Key Dates:
April 9: Deadline for submitting nominations.
April 14: Slate of Nominees presented at Branch meeting
May 5: Election at our annual meeting
The committee needs your help to find members ready and able to be part of the branch leadership. If you are asked to take a position, please seriously consider accepting. It is an honor to be asked to serve. You will meet many new friends, and make a valued contribution to AAUW St. Paul and our mission to promote women and girls!
